Homemade Vegan Honey

Ingredients:

• 500 ml of 100% pressed apple juice

• 2 cups of white or demerara sugar

• 1 ½ teaspoons of lemon

• Dried edible flowers (optional)

Instructions:

1. Put the apple juice in a pan and add two cups of sugar and 1 ½ teaspoons of lemon.

2. When it starts boiling, reduce the heat and add the dried flowers (if desired).

3. Let the mixture cook until it reaches the desired consistency. To test the point, put a little honey on a cold plate and see if it runs too fast. If so, let the mixture cook a little longer.

4. When the honey is ready, put it in a container and let it cool.
