Continuing with the easy and delicious tofu recipe videos, today I'm going to teach you how to make a sensational tofu with a super practical and obviously delicious oriental sauce!
I like to eat this tofu with oriental rice that is cooked only with water, so it's easy to make. On top, I sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions to decorate and it's ready! Another practical and delicious recipe for tofu for your repertoire!

Ingredients
1 block of Tofu (300g)
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 pressed garlic
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
2 tablespoons of demerara sugar
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the cornstarch and garlic powder. Set aside.
Cut the block of tofu into cubes. Add the tofu to the bowl with the cornstarch and garlic powder and mix.
In another bowl, mix the sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar. Set aside.
Fry the tofu in oil over medium heat until all sides of the cubes are golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Remove any excess oil left in the pan and add the sesame oil. Sauté the garlic and ginger until golden brown.
Add the mixture of soy sauce that was previously made and cook until the sugar melts and the sauce thickens.
Add the tofu and stir until all pieces are covered with the sauce.
