White chocolate is one of the most beloved sweets by many, but many people do not consume it because it is made with animal milk. But that doesn't mean vegans have to go without this treat. With this recipe, you can make a vegan white chocolate and satisfy your sweet tooth without leaving home, without spending too much money, and best of all, without generating cruelty in this world.

When making your own vegan white chocolate at home, you have the possibility to personalize the flavor of your chocolate. You can add chopped nuts, chopped cookies, dried fruits or other ingredients of your choice to make your chocolate even more delicious and unique.
Ingredients
250g of cocoa butter
85g of powdered plant-based milk, sifted (soy milk powder can be used)
125g powdered sugar, sifted
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Preparation
Chop the cocoa butter to help it melt faster.
In a glass baking dish, melt the cocoa butter in a double boiler. The water should not be touching the dish and the butter should not exceed 45°C.
When the cocoa butter has completely melted, remove from heat and add the powdered plant-based milk, powdered sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
Mix well until homogeneous and the mixture reaches 26°C or feels cooler to the touch.
Pour the mixture into a mold or container and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm.
This recipe yields 460g of white chocolate
IMPORTANT TIP:
Since sugar does not dissolve in fat, it will not be as smooth as those chocolates made in factories that are ground for 8 hours. But if this gritty sensation bothers you, you can add chopped nuts, chopped cookies or other ingredients of your choice to personalize the flavor of your chocolate and still disguise this sensation of grittiness.
