WHY eat vegan?
Hi! How are you?
My name is Catharina Choi and I started my transition to veganism in 2017. If you ended up here on this blog, it is because you are interested in some vegan recipes, right?
Whether it is for health reasons, your love for animals, for caring about the environment and the future of our planet, or out of curiosity you are here! Congratulations! You are already part of a minority that put aside prejudice and opened your mind to something new. Maybe you don't even want to be vegan and that's okay too. The important thing is to break the prejudice, try better foods and understand that each meal makes a difference and you don't have to let go of your favorite dish to eat better. Obviously, Veganism is not just about eating plant derivatives, it is much deeper and concerns everyday choices, but let's take it one step at a time!
During these years I learned that being vegan is not something scary and extreme, it is about making better choices whenever you have the opportunity ;)
Now don't worry if you don't know where to start, I'm here for that because the change starts on your plate!
